OVERVIEW
♦ Develops standard operating procedures for the Steakhouse and implements measures to ensure purchasing and labor costs are maintained within budgetary guidelines.
♦ Must possess excellent managerial and administrative skills.
♦ Candidate may have experience in: High volume, Banquet, Buffet, Casual, and/or Fine Dining, with P&L responsibilities.
♦ Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.
