HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, TRIBAL

OVERVIEW

♦ Responsible for supporting and assisting the HR Director in the execution of all administrative and operational functions of the Human Resources Department.

♦ Will demonstrate effective leadership as it relates to Recruitment, Benefit Administration, Training and Organizational Development, HR records and systems management.

♦ The ideal candidate will be a strong Generalist with excellent communication skills. 4-year degree, THRP, HRCI, or SHRM accreditation is a plus.

♦ Reports to the Tribal Director of Human Resources.
