OVERVIEW

♦ Establishes and monitors regulatory compliance procedures in accordance with the State, Federal and NIGC regulations.

♦ Responsible for the Gaming Control Department which includes Surveillance, Internal Audit, Background/Investigations, and Compliance.

♦ Liaison with NIGC, CA DOJ, local law enforcement agencies and Tribal officials. 4-year degree is preferred.

♦ Reports to the Tribal Council.
