Very Small Casino Hotel located in the Midwest:
♦ Seeking a Generalist with broad knowledge of Employment, Compensation, Organizational Planning, Employee Relations, and Training and Development.
♦ Implements and annually updates the Compensation Program. Rewrites job descriptions as necessary.
♦ Must have a minimum of 3 years’ HR Manager/Director experience. 4-year degree is a plus.
♦ Reports to the General Manager.
$75K-$85K + 15% Bonus + Relocation
