OVERVIEW

♦ Responsibilities include: Recruitment, Compensation, Employee Relations, LOA, Benefits and Training.

♦ Oversees 7 direct reports and HR team regarding selection, Training and Development, performance management and coaching.

♦ Must have Native American Casino experience. A 4-year degree and/or certificates are a plus.

♦ Reports to the General Manager.
