Large Casino Hotel located in the South:
OVERVIEW
♦ Direct, manage and develop all Restaurants and Food venues, as well as oversee Banquets and Catering.
♦ Review operations and makes recommendations to General Manager. Participate in budgeting process for property.
♦ Must have 5+ years of senior level casino F&B experience. Bilingual and 4-year degree are a plus.
♦ Reports to the General Manager.
