OVERVIEW

♦ Continuously analyzes finances, payroll, and operations and effectively relates ideas for improvements, as well as soliciting employee input.

♦ Interface with Marketing to help build the brand, theme, training, pricing and service standards.

♦ The ideal candidate will have multi-property and BOH experience.

♦ Reports to the COO.
