OVERVIEW
♦ Responsible for managing all aspects of the Lounge, Banquet Beverage, and Floor Beverage operations.
♦ Works in conjunction with the Banquet Manager in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Beverage policies and procedures.
♦ Must have 5+ years management experience in the Gaming/Hospitality industry.
♦ Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.
