DIRECTOR OF HOTEL OPERATIONS

Multi-propertied Native American Casino Hotels located in the Midwest:

OVERVIEW

♦ Responsible for the efficient financial and operational management of multiple Hotel properties including Reservations, Front Desk, Room Operations, and Banquet Sales departments.

♦ Provides leadership guidance and support to all hospitality staff members in the areas of Guest Service, Training, Scheduling and Performance Management.

♦ The ideal candidate will have multi-property Hotel Casino experience. 4-year degree is a plus.

♦ Reports to the VP of Hospitality.
