OVERVIEW
♦ Supervises and coordinates activities of all back-of-the-house kitchen personnel in the preparation and cooking of food for six outlets.
♦ Works with the Food & Beverage Director on menu planning, development and related activities for the outlets.
♦ Must have 5+ years of Executive Chef experience, and experience with Asian cuisine.
♦ Reports to the Director of F&B.
