OVERVIEW

♦ Very friendly, stable environment, this position will oversee 5 outlets including: Steak House, Buffet, and Cafe.

♦ Monitor, approve, and enforce administrative procedures of all Food & Beverage management personnel for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.

♦ Establishes performance and profit objectives for short-term and long-term goals. Must be strong in areas pertaining to Cost Of Goods, and Labor management.

♦ Must have a steady work history and large, high-volume Casino F&B experience.

♦ Reports to the General Manager.
