Large Native American Casino located in the upper Midwest:
♦ Develops an annual business plan focused on Profitability, Team Member Engagement, Guest Satisfaction and Tribal Development. Manage and evaluate the performance of casino executive team and staff.
♦ Must have a minimum of 5 years executive management level as General Manager or Assistant General Manager of a property comprising of at least 2,000 Slots, 50 Table games, and multiple Food, Beverage and Entertainment venues.
♦ The ideal candidate will have Hotel start-up, expansion or large renovation experience.
♦ Reports to the COO.
