Large, stable Native American Casino Resort located in the Midwest seeks an experienced casino Executive Chef:
♦ Responsible to develop and monitor food and labor budget for the oversight and management of the culinary team, managing menu/costs and driving member/guest satisfaction through creative and new menu items.
♦ Develop standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation which help to assure consistently high quality, and to minimize food costs.
♦ Must have Casino experience at the Executive Chef level for 4+ years. Native American Casino experience is a plus.
♦ Reports to the Director of Hospitality.
