Large Native American Casino Hotel located in the Southwest seeks an experienced Executive Chef:
♦ Responsible for the preparation of all food products for 5-6 venues while ensuring all specifications and standards are satisfied.
♦ Directs, coordinates, and oversees the day-to-day Culinary and Stewarding Department’s operations, personnel, customer service, fiscal management, and administration.
♦ The ideal candidate will have strong Southwest culinary expertise, and strong in training. Will oversee a team of 80, including Conventions and Banquets.
♦ Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.
