Small Casino located in New Mexico:
♦ Will play an integral role in the Menu planning and Theming for upcoming redesigned restaurant, and oversee Food & Beverage operations.
♦ Will work with Marketing regarding target market and pricing for the new restaurant, which should be themed above a family style restaurant but below high-end.
♦ The ideal Chef will be a hands on go-gettter, with a passion for food and working with team members.
♦ Reports to the General Manager.
