♦ Exhibits culinary talents by providing vision, personally performing tasks, and leading & managing the staff in all food related functions at two separate Casinos.
♦ Provides guidance and direction to Executive Sous and Sous Chefs including setting goals, performance standards, and monitoring performance.
♦ Must be strong in Policies & Procedures, Standards, and Staffing, and have 5+ years of recent Casino experience.
♦ Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.
