DIRECTOR OF SURVEILLANCE (Completed Search)

Midsized Native American Casino Hotel seeks an experienced Casino Surveillance Director:

OVERVIEW

♦ Responsible for monitoring Surveillance equipment in strict adherence to regulatory standards and all applicable internal controls.

♦ Maintains a skilled, trained, and motivated staff by providing continuous communication, feedback, and effective customer service training.

♦ Provide leadership and coordination in the day to day department administration and processes.

♦ Must have 5+ years of Casino Surveillance Director experience. Previous Native American Casino experience is a plus.

♦ Reports to the CEO.
