Mid-sized Casino Hotel located in Washington state:
♦ Oversees the strategic planning, direction and implementation of HR policies including: Recruitment, Employment, Compensation, Benefits, Training and Employee Relations.
♦ The ideal candidate will be strong in Employee Relations, and be a strategic partner with the CEO on Organizational Development initiatives.
♦ Very fun and laid back environment. Native American experience is a plus.
♦ Reports to and works closely with the CEO.
$110K-$125K + 15% Bonus + Excellent Benefits + Relocation
