Large Native American Casino located in the Southwest:
♦ Under the general supervision of the General Manager, works to accomplish strategic objectives by planning, organizing, and supervising all functions of the HR department.
♦ Will oversee: Employment, Comp & Benefits, HRIS, Recruitment, Organizational Development, and Training.
♦ The ideal candidate will be strong in Recruitment and Employee Relations, and be a leader and mentor. Previous Native American experience is a plus.
♦ Reports to the General Manager.
$145K-$180K + Relocation
