♦ Plan and coordinate implementation of HR services, policies, technologies, and programs, managing Human Resources staff who are servicing over 1200 employees.
♦ The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and management experience in employment law, HRIS systems, organizational planning & development, employee relations, and training & development in a tribal casino environment.
♦ Must have a stable work history, demonstrated ability to lead and mentor Human Resources staff, and effectively utilized conflict-resolution techniques.
♦ Reports to the Executive Director of Human Resources.
♦ $125K-$145K + Bonus + Relocation.
