DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Small Native American Casino Hotel located in the Southwest:

OVERVIEW

♦ Will oversee a team of 10 including: Team Member Relations, Recruitment, FMLA Administration, Compensation, Risk & Benefit Management, Uniform Control, Training & Development, and Labor Law Compliance.

♦ Works directly with the executive staff to evaluate, monitor and improve overall team member engagement/morale.

♦ 4-year degree highly preferred, HR certifications are a plus.

♦ The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded Generalist who is strong in Employee Relations, Guest Services, and a mentor to Tribal team members.

♦ Reports to the General Manager.
