Large, Native American Casino Hotel located in Northern Calif:

OVERVIEW

♦ Will direct and manage the Resort Hotel including: Front Desk operations, Call Center, Revenue Management, Housekeeping, Valet, Bell Services, and Spa.

♦ The ideal candidate will have start-up experience, and FF&E selection expertise.

♦ Will analyze department Hotel Revenue and Labor reports. Responsible for continuous improvements in service standards.

♦ Reports to and works closely with the AGM.
