Large Casino located in big city in the Midwest:
♦ Responsible for all aspects of F&B operations including: Service, Restaurants, Culinary, Stewarding and Beverage operations.
♦ Embraces, maintains and supports the service culture and core values while leading the Food and Beverage teams.
♦ Must have 6+ years of Casino F&B experience, and strong Culinary, Hospitality, Administrative and Financial acumen skills.
♦ Reports to the Assistant General Manager.
