OVERVIEW

♦ Creates, develops, and implements an effective strategy of organization within the department, setting goals for future growth and expansion.

♦ Develop and maintain budgets to manage food, non-food, and equipment costs.

♦ The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of casino F&B experience, Pre-Opening experience is a plus.

♦ Reports to the General Manager.
