Midsized Native American Casino, located in the Pacific Northwest, seeks an experienced Hotel Director:
OVERVIEW
♦ Responsible for the overall efficient management and direction of all Hotel services including: Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, Bell/Door and Revenue Management.
♦ Will maximize room revenue and occupancy, control expenses, and ensure all services and productivity standards are consistently met to provide an exceptional guest experience.
♦ The ideal candidate will be strong in Yield Management, and Training. Previous Native American experience is a plus.
♦ Reports to the COO.
