Corporate level position for Native American client located in the South-Central area, with more than 25 outlets:
OVERVIEW
♦ Continuously analyzes finances, payroll, and operations and effectively relates ideas for improvements, as well as soliciting employee input.
♦ Interface with Marketing to help build the brand, theme, training, pricing and service standards.
♦ The ideal candidate will have robust menu concept to design-build experience, and strong in developing people, guest service, fine dining, best-in-class operations, process management, and quality controls.
♦ Reports to the COO.
