Large Casino Resort located in Southern Calif:
♦ Prepares and implements an annual HR Strategic Plan, including the roadmap, KPIs and financial considerations.
♦ Manages the HR budget and identifies opportunities to implement changes in organizational structure, vendor and resource management, and other areas to increase efficiency and ROI.
♦ The ideal candidate will be Tech savvy, strong in Employee Relations, and have casino HR experience leading 3,000+ team members.
♦ Reports to the General Manager, with dotted line to the Development Board.
$225K-$250K + 40% Bonus + Deferred Comp and Excellent Benefits
