Large Casino Resort located in California:
♦ Prepares and implements an annual HR Strategic Plan, including the roadmap, KPIs and financial considerations.
♦ Manages the HR budget and identifies opportunities to implement changes in organizational structure, vendor and resource management, and other areas to increase efficiency and ROI.
♦ Member of the senior leadership team responsible for establishing inter-divisional human capital capabilities that deliver short and long-term goal attainment across the organization.
♦ Must have a 4-year degree, and the ideal candidate will have VP of HR experience overseeing more than 3,000 team members.
♦ Reports to the General Manager, with dotted line to the Development Board.
$185K-$240K + 40% Bonus + Deferred Comp and Excellent Benefits
