Large Casino Hotel located in Northern Nevada:
♦ Will plan, direct, and implement HR programs across the organization especially in the areas of Labor and Employee Relations, Benefits, Workers Compensation, Training, Recruiting and Regulatory Compliance.
♦ Must have a 4-year degree, and a minimum of 5 years recent Casino experience as the top HR executive with at least 1,000 team members.
♦ The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated and results oriented.
♦ Reports to the General Manager.
$180K-$200K + 30% Bonus + Relocation
