Large Native American Casino Resort located in the Southwest:
♦ Plan and coordinate implementation of HR services, policies, technologies, and programs, managing Human Resources staff who are servicing over 1,100 employees.
♦ Maintains a skilled, trained, and motivated staff by providing continuous communication, feedback, and effective customer service training.
♦ The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded Generalist, strong in Employee Relations. Previous Native American experience is a plus.
♦ Reports to the General Manager.
$140K-$175K + Relocation
