♦ Manage and oversee 7 outlets and 8 direct reports with a staff of 260.
♦ Analyze, strategize, and implement operational efficiencies and cost-effective budgets, building the team culture and exceptional guest services. Provide leadership and direction to achieve key performance objectives and higher revenues.
♦ The ideal candidate has had successful experience in a large casino environment of at least 2,000 Slot machines and 200 Hotel rooms, with various dining venues.
♦ Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.
