Large Native American Casino Resort located in the Southwest:
♦ Plan and coordinate implementation of HR services, policies, technologies, and programs, managing Human Resources staff who are servicing over 1100 employees.
♦ Maintains a skilled, trained, and motivated staff by providing continuous communication, feedback, and effective customer service training.
♦ Responsible for the department’s overall operation including customer service, operating, and fiscal management.
♦ Reports to the General Manager.
$135K-$175K + Relocation
