Large, growing Casino Resort located in the Midwest:
♦ Lead operations by working with Banquet, Catering, and Convention team members, demonstrating motivational leadership skills and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
♦ Management responsibilities of 2 direct reports (Managers) and 60+ staff, including hiring and training team members.
♦ Manage and oversee Convention & Banquet events effectively within fiscal & operational guidelines, analyzing and planning for contingencies.
♦ Plan, coordinate, and implement Special Events, Weddings, and other Meetings, Conferences, and Special Projects, ensuring exceptional guest service and casino brand excellence.
♦ Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.
