Midsized Native American Casino located in California:
♦ Plan, organize and monitor all activities of the department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
♦ Assist in preparing operations budget of the HR department. Represent the department in the absence of the HR Director.
♦ The ideal candidate will be strong in Employee Relations and Recruiting, and have well-rounded experience. Native American casino experience is a plus.
♦ Reports to the Director of Human Resources.
