Large Native American Casino Hotel located in the Midwest:
♦ Must have experience in Casino Hotel Housekeeping Operations, Training, Inventory and Quality Control with proven ability to improve guest satisfaction while reducing costs/waste and promoting best practices.
♦ Will be a proficient leader and team developer while facilitating exceptional safety and cleanliness standards.
♦ The ideal candidate will have Housekeeping management experience in Casino Hotel(s) exceeding 400 rooms with high occupancy, and managing over 75 team members.
♦ Reports to the Director of Hotel Operations.
$65K-$75K + Bonus + Relocation
