Large Native American Casino Hotel located in California:

OVERVIEW

♦ Responsible for managing diverse and unique food production areas which includes numerous Restaurant outlets, Room Service and Catering.

♦ Must be able to demonstrate culinary, management, and administrative skills, and strong in training.

♦ Must have a minimum of 5 years’ Culinary management experience in a Casino environment.

♦ Reports to the SVP of Operations.
