Midsized Native American Casino Hotel located in the Southwest:
♦ Oversees the administration and operations of the Construction providing expertise and support to the Project Managers, and coordinate all work with General Contractors/Sub-Contractors on any number of projects.
♦ Liaise with the Heads of Finance to ensure site and build costs are being controlled within budget. Attends all cost value comparison meetings to review costs and take necessary action to rectify variances.
♦ Must have a minimum five (5) years executive level Construction Management in the Casino industry.
♦ Reports to and works closely with the CEO.
