Large Native American Casino Hotel located in the Southwest:
♦ Maintains a skilled, trained, and motivated staff of 80 by providing continuous communication, feedback, and effective guest service training.
♦ Continuously assesses and develops strategic business and operational plans for department maximum efficiency and best practices.
♦ A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the management of a Casino Security department. Native American experience is a plus.
♦ Reports to the General Manager.
