Large Casino Resort located in Northern Nevada seeks an experienced Restaurant Director:
♦ Manages daily operations for all Front of the House areas. This includes but is not limited to: managing payroll, service standards, guest service, training and engaging as Manager of Operations when required.
♦ Manages all aspects of staff, hiring, termination, schedules, evaluation, reward and discipline and time keeping through the Kronos payroll system for all team members.
♦ Must have multiple restaurant, and Casino experience.
♦ Reports to the General Manager.
