Large Casino Hotel located in California:
♦ Responsible to interview, hire, train, direct and appraise team members in the Housekeeping, Front Desk, Reservations and Transportation departments.
♦ Will analyze guest feedback and survey scores, and develop new programs to increase customer satisfaction levels.
♦ Must have Casino experience, and the ideal candidate will have 4 Star/Diamond experience.
♦ Reports to the General Manager.
$120K-$140K + Bonus + Relocation
