♦ Maintains a skilled, trained, and motivated staff by providing continuous communication, feedback, and effective customer service training.
♦ Maintains updated SOPs and ensure compliance with tribal, federal, state and regulatory requirements.
♦ Must have previous Native American Casino experience at the Director of HR level, and a 4-year degree.
♦ Reports to the CEO.
