♦ Directs, guides, implements and oversees the efficient administration and management of HR including: Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Compliance, Team Member Relations, Development, Risk Management, and Reward and Recognition.
♦ Must have a 4-year degree, and Native American Casino experience.
♦ The ideal candidate will be strong in Comp & Benefits, and Team Member Relations.
♦ Reports to and works closely with the Assistant General Manager.
$115K-$130K + 25% Bonus + Relocation
