Small Native American casino located in the Southwest seeks an experienced, well-rounded Casino HR executive:
♦ Develops policy and directs and coordinates Human Resources activities such as Employment, Compensation, Employee Relations, Training & Development, and Benefits.
♦ Plans, organizes and controls activities of the HR department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
♦ Must have Casino experience. 4-year degree and previous Native American experience preferred.
♦ Reports to the General Manager.
$115K-$125K + Relocation
