Large, growing Native American casino located in the Pacific Northwest:
♦ Oversees Benefits & 401k Administration, reporting, analyzing, negotiating and coordinating the processes with health providers, retirement program managers, and fiscal personnel to enhance the organization’s benefits programs.
♦ Analyze and administer compensation policies and ensure compliance to FLSA, wage & hour laws, pay grade levels, and recommend any necessary adjustments to the competitive market or to regulatory changes in minimum wage and related salary administration criteria.
♦ Must have a 4-year degree and 5+ years of Casino experience.
♦ Reports to the Director of Human Resources.
$110K-$130K + Bonus + Relocation
