Large Casino Resort located in California:
♦ Plans and oversees all culinary operations, under the guidance of the Executive Chef, including but not limited to: financial, administrative, human resources, and technical responsibilities.
♦ Actively involved in and provides support to restaurant Room Chefs including: menu planning and design, maintaining systems and procedures for food preparation, ordering and storage, etc.
♦ Must have five (5) years of experience in a high volume, multi-outlet F&B operation, and experience in a large casino/resort with a AAA Four Diamond rating.
♦ Reports to the Executive Chef.
